This notice describes how Imabi Ltd (“Imabi”, "we", "us" or "our") processes your personal information when you visit our website imabi.com (the “Website”). How we share your personal information
Personal information will also be shared with third party service providers, who will process it on our behalf for the purposes identified above. We use third party providers of website hosting and maintenance, and providers of marketing/ e-mailing platforms. We may also disclose your personal information to professional service providers such as lawyers, and to regulatory authorities.
If Imabi is sold or integrated with another business, your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchaser's adviser and will be passed to the new owners of the business.
Generally, we keep your personal information within the UK. However, it is possible that your personal information may be transferred to and stored in a location outside of the UK or the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Your choices and rights

Where provision of your personal information is mandatory, if the relevant information is not provided, then we will not be able to fulfil your requests to register, make a purchase or otherwise engage with Imabi. All other provision of your information is optional.
How long we retain your personal information
[Where we process personal data for marketing purposes or with your consent, we process the data until you ask us to stop and for a short period after this (to allow us to implement your requests). We also keep a record of the fact that you have asked us not to send you direct marketing or to process your data so that we can respect your request in future.
Where we process personal data for site security purposes, we generally retain it for 12 months.
Where we process personal data in connection with performing a contract, we generally keep the data for 6 years from your last interaction with us.
